If Pilbara Paint & Sip receives written notification at least ten (10) days prior to the event, a refund of the event deposit will be made. No refunds will be made for any cancellation made less than ten (10) days before the event, or for any non-attendance at the event. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time, and should the need arise, substitution of event inclusions can also be made with administration cost being covered by the organiser.
PERSONAL TICKET PURCHASERS
We understand life sometimes gets in the way, so if you are unable to make your allocated spot at an event, contact us within 48hrs notice to receive a rain cheque, and if possible, allow us to contact waitlisted guests. A no-show or less than 48hrs notice will result in forfeiting your purchase.
Pilbara Paint & Sip can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, all of the above is true and correct at time of publication.
